Kelly Wilson has performed cost and schedule analysis demonstrating delay, disruption, acceleration, as well as performing damage and loss of productivity calculations, as-built schedule reconstruction, issue and entitlement identification during the claims development and discovery process. He has prepared and defended against a variety of construction claims for owners, contractors and surety insurance companies on private and municipal projects. Mr. Wilson has been appointed as a mediator & arbitrator on construction cases. He has provided expert witness support services to senior construction management / executive personnel and to pre-eminent construction lawyers during their claims negotiation processes, mediation - arbitration, and in court cases regarding construction dispute matters. He has a deep understanding of the construction process, from entitlement through design, construction, project closeout and acceptance. His reputation for detail as well as his extensive background in design, project management, claims, and construction law set him above his peers. When testifying as a construction expert, Mr. Wilson, because of his extensive background, is able to convince a Judge that his evidence is based on a solid, professional, highly experienced history. Judges have relied on this testimony and rendered decisions on claims which were as much as $175 million and were routinely between $5 and $10 million.
