As an Associate Scientist at GSK, I work in the MAPS Analytical GMP Testing team, where I apply my biochemistry and chemistry knowledge and skills to ensure the quality and safety of biopharmaceutical products. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies to support and contribute to development efforts and ongoing clinical trials. I also have experience with inventory and request database systems, data analysis, and electronic laboratory notebook documentation.Before joining GSK, I was a QC Analyst at Affinivax, a biotechnology company developing novel vaccines, where I performed analytical testing and validation of vaccine candidates. I also worked as a Lab Ops Specialist at BERG, a biopharma company leveraging AI and patient biology to discover new therapeutics, where I processed and dispensed compounds for assay screening and improved workflows.I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bridgewater State University in 2021, where I gained a solid foundation in molecular biology, biochemistry, and chemistry theories and practices.
