   SANDOZ (global biosimilars leader & division of the Novartis Group) Partnering with Sandoz to launch Hyrimoz, the biosimilar to Humira, in Rheum, GI, and Derm offices in 10 disease state indications (launch date 7/3/23). Developing biosimilar knowledge to serve as “the biosimilars expert” for my prescribers, staff, and their patients. Actively strategizing with each provider and their biologics coordinator/staff to develop a \"biosimilars adoption plan\" for presenting Hyrimoz to their patients as an effective, safe, and available option and identifying new patient starts or switches. Launching patient services\' programs and educating prescribers & staff on operationalizing the office for Hyrimoz and how to register patients for co-pay, financial assistance, patient transition and other patient services. Following up with PA staff daily to remove any barriers to accessing Hyrimoz on all payer (PBM)/Medicare/Medicaid plans. Working with entire FRM and patient services team to pull through therapy adoption with Hub from ID to patient injection. Managing patient pull-through and ensuring patients receive their Hyrimoz from the SP with a sense of urgency.
