SUMMARY OF 2016 - PRESENT: After graduating from the University of Puget Sound in May 2016, I moved to Ireland nearly sight unseen on a year-long Work Holiday Authorization. There I established and fostered deep, intentional community and unfurled the nuances of international business and the Irish work culture. In May 2018, I completed the Forge: an 8-month leadership development program for 21-25 year-olds through Pine Cove. In addition to taking classes about leadership, life skills, and identity development, I hosted retreat groups and conferences most weekends on Pine Cove Camp properties to practice leadership, supporting retreat specialists, and organizing events. From May-August 2018, I was the Administrative Assistant for Pine Cove\'s Camp in the City: organizing travel, accommodation, programming, and all other administrative and communicative needs for a 3-month traveling day camp in the Southeast USA with 30+ staff. Since the Fall of 2018, I have been on staff with the Mentoring Alliance, a faith-based non-profit in Tyler, Texas, that accomplishes its mission — to mobilize mentors into the lives of kids — through 3 core programs. I have experience in Development (fundraising and story-telling), Programs Support, staff training, and curriculum development at MA.
