Over the past two decades, I\'ve built a career in social housing and launched multiple businesses, including two bike ventures. Along the way, I scaled a food delivery business to orders, which taught me invaluable lessons about operational efficiency, customer service, and rapid growth. These are skills I now bring to my work in asset management, void management, and responsive repairs.Since returning to social housing in early 2023, I\'ve specialised in providing interim solutions for RSLs and contractors, taking on senior management roles and supporting internal teams with service improvement initiatives. I\'m passionate about delivering value for money, hitting KPIs, and maintaining profitability while never losing sight of excellent customer service.On the bike business side, Shyre Bikes was born from our love of family cycling. My wife and I saw firsthand how hard it is to find quality, affordable kids\' bikes with sensible trade-up schemes. We\'re on a mission to get children off screens and onto adventures. Our second venture, Discounted Bikes, moves surplus stock from manufacturers, passing significant savings to customers on trusted brands.I\'m convinced my ADHD has powered my entrepreneurial journey. It fuels my ability to juggle multiple projects, pivot when needed, generate ideas, and maintain momentum that keeps productivity high. I bring extensive asset management experience, including operations and business systems, along with a proven track record in business start-ups, scaling, commercial strategy, and exit planning.
