As the President of Firefly Consulting, Kimberly is responsible for the vision, management, and long-term strategy of the company and is committed to driving high-impact, sustainable results for clients. She leads a team of experts with 20+ years of experience in operational excellence, data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and innovation best practices. Kimberly is proud of Firefly’s success at driving significant results for leading companies in multiple industries. Previously, Kimberly was a Vice President with George Group Consulting. She has led multiple Lean Six Sigma programs with Fortune 500 companies, including a global deployment that generated over $1B in savings. Her first book, Fast Innovation (McGraw-Hill, 2005), hit Business Week’s Top 10 Business Booklist.
