Develops the overall strategy and goal for the organization, and responsible for its success. Its my responsibility to provide broad leadership and vision. Together with my managers we strategize, build and maintain relationships between our operations, public and governmental agencies to create awareness. My office supervises and works collaboratively with finance and operations departments, to develop annual budgets/forecast. I also organise quarterly variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against forecast and make recommendations to the Managing Director. Organize a monthly remarketing and review program for heads of departments. This allows me to address new challenges in our industry. As part of this program, we also met existing clients to assess our performance and together we look at how best we can meet their changing demands.
