In my current role, I manage a team of 7 Test Engineers and Developers, completing testing and support for IoT and Cloud Solutions implementation and new development of embedded software. I evaluate tech specs, review, maintain, and update development plans, UI, and software requirements, system software architecture, and design documents, and confirm compliance with ISO guidelines. I also direct the design and implementation of test strategies, plans, requirements, and validation protocols, determining tools, technologies, and product testing architecture. Some of my additional duties and achievements include: I manage the Agile development team, serving as Scrum Master, reviewing progress, and removing project roadblocks, as well as coaching on Agile methodologies. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and delegate assignments, tracking and reporting on KPIs to confirm productivity. Serve as Release Manager to develop release plans for new features, bug fixes, and security updates, and collaborating with stakeholders to define scopes and timelines. I steer resource management, partnering across teams to align project goals and allocate personnel, infrastructure, and tools to complete projects within timelines and budgets. Play a key role in compliance and risk management, analyzing software systems to ensure compliance with Good Practice (GxP) regulations and standards for production, quality control, and data management systems. Partner with stakeholders to integrate system documentation in compliance with ISO 62304, defining development plan, incorporating risk management, and documenting actions. I review and update SOPs, quality best practices, regulations, and requirements, as well as lead and evaluate audits of quality SOP\'s and Frameworks, ensuring compliance with ISO guidelines. Lead training activities for 8 Jr Test Engineers, instructing on processes, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
