   Serve on the Moody’s Analytics Commercial Transactions Legal Team, supporting Sales and Sales Operations across banking, insurance, corporates, and government accounts in the Americas region. • Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of SaaS, data, content, and professional services agreements, including master agreements, order forms, work orders, NDAs, amendments, and RFP/RFQ terms. • Apply Moody’s Core Terms and legal review policy to structure deals that align with revenue-recognition, sanctions, data-privacy, and information-security requirements while keeping transactions within defined risk tolerances. • Act as a day-to-day legal point of contact for U.S. public sector entities and regional banks, handling issues such as auto-renewal, procurement constraints, FAR/DFARS terms, data-hosting locations, and government privacy / security addenda, AI, data, and product-output usage, including incidental AI use, third-party components, and downstream use of Moody’s data and analytics, using internal playbooks and product-counsel guidance.
