SAP Test Manager Role Description: As an SAP UAT Test Manager, I am responsible for various tasks, starting with the creation of the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Weekly Status Reports. I review and approve the SIT Test Strategy document, ensuring its alignment with UAT. Additionally, I evaluated and approved test scenarios, test cases, and their coverage using the Requirement Traceability Matrix. My role also includes providing end-user training for SAP Fiori, recording test results, and managing defect creation within Solution Manager (SolMan). • Coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure all testing tasks were properly identified and tracked. • Ensured comprehensive coverage of all requirements, working with teams to identify relevant test cases and gather necessary test data. • Managed both global and local test cases, ensuring they were available and up-to-date. • Developed a test execution schedule for all test cases within the project scope. • Provided clear supervision and guidance to end users throughout the testing process. • Monitored assigned tasks to assess progress, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.
