   The Digital, Analytics and Technology (DAT) Strategic Portfolio, Planning & Operations team and roles manage the DAT portfolio of teams and outcomes, including associated tools and processes, to enable continued evolution and business growth. This includes- Visibility to portfolio of teams and outcomes showing cross-functional dependencies (where relevant), capacity utilization and insights to drive decisions- Establish, evolve and communicate efficient and effective processes for D&T and the Enterprise for how portfolio capacity and outcomes are managed- Partner with other TT & P groups, CoPs, Enterprise finance, planning, and strategy office to be able to make recommendations regarding holistic capacity, dependency and sequencing of outcomes and initiatives- Provide DAT and the broader enterprise a set of project/portfolio tools, dashboards, reporting and supporting processes for those tools to enable effective portfolio/project management- Serve as the team and system of record for payment of DAT vendor timeIn my role as a a Portfolio Manager Associate, I continue to partner with DAT product teams and enterprise partners to plan, support & execute resource management, time tracking, reporting and vendor payment processes.
