As a Clinical Business Development Manager at Diagnexia, powered by Deciphex, I support Health Authorities in Canada reduce case backlogs, achieve optimal turnaround times under 4 days, and fill needed subspecialty gaps via an extnernal partnership within the realm of clinical histology cases. We do this with Diagnexia\'s remote expert fellowship trained pathologists using our digital platform for efficient primary diagnostic and secondary consult case reviews. Diagnexia offers an on-demand service and are able to support short term coverages, such as when a pathologist retires or goes on a vacation. On a personal note, I am passionate about people, whether that be the psychology of human behaviour, helping people reach their potential or networking to meet new people.
