Ensure that all aspects of outstanding customer service are provided to clients, both directly and by other members of the production team; • Communicate closely with Producers, regarding pertinent activity on their accounts; • Act as key liaison with clients, to assess needs and provide optimal solutions; • Develop, maintain and execute proactive service plan for each client; • Oversee, facilitate and execute new or renewal marketing processes; • Design detailed analyses and presentations for prospect or client meetings; • Oversee, facilitate and execute implementation of new clients or additional coverage for existing clients; • Develop education and communication materials, including Benefit Enrollment Guides; • Lead enrollment meetings, prospect meetings and client/vendor meetings; • Review SPD’s and agreements/contracts for accuracy; • Assist clients with resources relative to HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, ERISA, etc; • Oversee or handle resolution of any claim or plan administration problems/issues; • Filing, file set-up, file maintenance in Agency Management and Imaging Systems.
