Been in tech for over 20 years now.I’ve spent most of that time somewhere between architecture, product, and engineering, figuring out how to make systems work better, scale faster, and stay easier to manage as companies grow.These days, I focus on digital experience and experience transformation. My efforts are towards adaptation of the MAYA principle to help CXOs adopt AI-driven architecture and engineering. I have started to focus on future proofing architectures, delivery capabilities and solutions.Industry-wise, I’ve worked with teams across automotive, media, e-commerce, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). Most projects span the full lifecycle, from pre-sales and architecture definition to platform selection, solutioning, and execution.Along the way, I’ve led and mentored development teams, trained engineers in CMS design, and worked closely with cross-functional leaders to keep technology and business aligned.The problems are rarely technical alone, it’s usually about clarity, sequencing, and getting teams aligned.What keeps me here is the messy parts.
