Giga Health | Multi-Vertical Startup ValuationBuilt an end-to-end valuation model for Giga Health, a healthcare startup operating across 10 verticals including Care Navigation, Rx, Staffing, GPO, and Tech. The project began with 10-year TAM sizing (2025–2035) using a mix of bottom-up and top-down approaches validated through real market benchmarks. Each vertical\'s revenue was modeled separately based on adoption curves, pricing, and unit economics.To account for uncertainty, I ran iteration Monte Carlo simulations on segment-level revenue drivers. The outputs were integrated into a comprehensive DCF valuation incorporating vertical-level risk, tax shields, and exit multiples. I built dynamic scenario and sensitivity toggles (WACC, IRR, margins) and delivered a clean Excel model with a one-pager investor memo. This founder-grade analysis was built to IB standards and optimized for investor decision-making.Hypothetical Hospital | Multi-Stream DCF ValuationDeveloped a full financial model and DCF valuation for a hypothetical multi-specialty hospital with income streams from IPD, OPD, pharmacy, rentals, diagnostics, and more. The model structured each revenue stream independently and projected 10-year cash flows based on real-world operational benchmarks, cost structures, and service utilization rates.Included advanced DCF features like layered debt tranches, interest tax shields, and terminal value via both multiples and Gordon Growth. Added scenario and sensitivity toggles to test assumptions (patient volume, WACC, margins) in real-time. The model reflects transaction-ready depth suitable for healthcare PE or IB analysis.
