   Responsible for day to day operation of 14 metropolitan stores in and around Nashville, TN. Responsible for driving company initiatives, ensuring that each store maximizes profitable sales, minimize asset loss, achieve budgetary requirements and enhance the Dollar Tree brand. Other responsibilities include: • Financials: Responsible for ensuring each store within the district achieves sales and profit targets • Shrink/Asset Protection: Responsible for ensuring stores meet shrink targets set each year for annual physical inventories. Proactive in identifying shrink issues and adhering to company programs designed to reduce shrink.• People: Responsible for making key decisions on operational personnel. Develop store managers and Assistant Store Managers (build bench mark) • Safety: Responsible to ensure stores are following all safety regulations with the day to day operations. Ensure stores remain in compliance with all government (Federal, state, local) regulations.
