Role: SCM Solution Owner – SAP S/4HANA & SAP IBP Program, u-bloxAs SCM Solution Owner, I led end-to-end solution design and functional leadership for Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sourcing, and Planning as part of the greenfield SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP implementation.Key Responsibilities:Led the complete requirement gathering process for SAP IBP (Response & Supply), Purchasing, and Sourcing in alignment with the S/4HANA program roadmap.Owned the SCM solution design, ensuring that business processes, planning logic, and supply models aligned with u-blox’s fabless manufacturing ecosystem.Conducted and facilitated workshops with global business stakeholders, supply chain leads, procurement managers, and manufacturing partners to capture business needs and validate solution proposals.Acted as the primary decision-maker for IBP, playing a key role in solution strategy, process mapping, planning cycles, and system behaviour.Led the IBP workstream on behalf of u-blox and worked closely with solution partner as the implementation partner for S/4HANA and IBP.Reviewed and approved project documentation in SAP CALM, providing feedback, guidance, and corrections to solution partner consultants.Coordinated extensively with SAP for solution validation, issue resolution, best practices, and IBP capability alignment.Managed external stakeholders, including contract manufacturers, supply partners, software vendors, and consulting teams to ensure solution compatibility with u-blox’s supply chain model.Played a key role in vendor and consultant evaluation, shortlisting partners for IBP and SCM-related solution delivery.Oversaw the current SCM analytics & planning solution (Jedox) and coordinated migration plans toward SAP IBP.Ensured cross-functional alignment between SCM, Purchasing, Planning, and IT architecture teams throughout the transformation journey.Supported project governance through regular status reviews, risk assessments, and solution design decisions.
