I’m a Software Development Manager/Technical Project Manager with the background as an accomplished Java, C, C++ developer for Linux, Unix, Windows and embedded platforms.I gained experience in UK as well as Poland, working for well established companies including medium sized software house (e.g. Techland – now authors of games: Call of Juarez, Dead Island etc.), big international companies (Shazam, Sophos Plc, Imagination Technologies) and global blue chip corporation (Nokia Siemens Networks).Experience with startup companies gave me a good understanding of what is involved in setting up a new business and a well performing team.
