Terminal Operations-Ensuring smooth receipt of feedstock and delivery of refined products (5 Mn ton/month) by timely berthing of vessels (100 no. of vessels/month) at Reliance Jetty Marine Terminal, one of India\'s largest oil terminals at Sikka, Jamnagar.• Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with refinery scheduling division, trading desk, shipping operations & terminal operations to prepare loading/unloading plan ensuring timely discharge of crude as per stock requirement in refinery, refined product evacuation, captive site saturation, and meet deliverycommitments.• Demurrage Optimization - Track, analyze & minimize demurrage costs (~saved $3Mn/year) in a 24x7 working environment and optimize it by proposing and supporting improvement actions.• Cargo Fulfilment - Closely work with Product Operation team to optimize cargo loading & supporting in fulfilment of contractual obligations.• Quality assurance - Co-ordinate with Product Scheduling Engineers regarding the daily operational matters related to quantity availability, quality of products (as per quality agreed by customer).• Fleet optimization - Maintaining excellent and cordial relations with key stakeholders to create vessel-loading plans that meet vessel itinerary, supply availabilities at partner locations and facilitating laycan change requests to optimize their fleet utilization with minimum exposure to the business.• Automation Initiatives - Actively involved in automating berth scheduling activities by implementing new scheduling tools by Körber AG to improve economic performance in logisticsoperations.Achievement: Successfully completed RIL flagship leadership program “STEP UP to First Level Leadership”.
