With more than 10+ years of experience in engineering, I am passionate about building scalable, reliable, and efficient data platforms and services that enable data-driven insights and decision-making. I have a strong background in computer science, software engineering, and business administration, with credentials from Code Fellows, West Bengal University of Technology, and Stanford LEAD.As a Senior Data Engineer at Amazon, I am responsible for developing and enhancing the overall data service and platform framework, using Scala, Python, AWS, and other technologies. I work with various data sources and compute engines, ensuring data quality, validation, and security. I also support the system via on-call and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders across the organization. Some of my recent achievements include building the data platform as compute engine agnostic, scaling the system for future growth and new use cases, and onboarding new data sources onto the system.
