About Kushal Sahabani

Hi! I am Kushal, a mental health consultant, life coach, speaker, and storyteller. But I don\'t wish to introduce myself with \"who I am\" but \"what change I want to bring\".The beginning of my journey doesn\'t really define what my purpose in life is. I am a management studies graduate from Jai hind college, Mumbai. While I was in my second year, a traumatic incident where one of my close friends took his own life made me question the path I was travelling. It made me realize that people need help when it comes to mental health. With now having this fear of losing people, I started listening and helping people through an Instagram page as a social service. I was surprised to see the number of people suffering. I was 19 years old and it wasn\'t a normal thing to witness for me.Within few months, I had listened to more than a hundred people through which I realise that I need more experience and knowledge. I did various courses to get licensed and started helping out people by going all in.After college, I took a gap year to work on myself. I gave a huge amount of time to consume knowledge by reading hundreds of books, meditation, and public speaking (Open mics and Toastmasters), which helped me become more self-aware about the fact that I love more when it comes to coaching and motivating people rather than counselling.Now, I make videos on mental health, relationships, lifestyle, etc which are getting viewed by a huge number of people across my Instagram. I have also coached entrepreneurs, artists, sportspersons, as well as students.My forte is coaching concerning mindset, purpose, productivity and relationships. My curiosity to keep learning makes me a better and accountable coach. I also conduct offline workshops on purpose, habits and relationships which helped me with on the field exposure and confidence. I also teach meditation since it has been a life-changing experience for me and I want to provide it to others as well.
