My side aspirations also cover the study about the industrial revolution which is recently structured (The Third Wave), i.e. Industry 4.0 which utilizes two keywords which are most likely Internet of Things ( IoT) and Blockchain. Smart cities, smart vehicles are changing very rapidly in the fast-moving world which increases automation in any industry, and as automation increases the involvement of labor decreases which increases productivity and Quality. As an industrial engineer, I work closely with the supply chain department for the on-time delivery of the product while maintaining the production schedule with the help of Power BI & JIT-Updated and implemented the internal quality procedures in manufacturing working as a team in the Quality department by 5S workshop-Working on planned TPM projects to fully use the skills of the operators and technicians, by scheduled TPM meetings and improve the processes which decreases the cycle time-Working on to decrease the changeover time from 5% to 2.8% on the machine by root cause analysis and improving that by Poka-yoke technique & Time graph, because decreasing time causes mistakes and creates waste & cost-Worked on scrap reduction/ Loss prevention with the Quality department by Lean applications in different sectors of the plant which helps to increase the material costs & decrease the actual to theoretical time-Working on special assignments to decrease the machine downtime by visualizing the mistakes in the production processes by creating Quality Control charts & SPC-Creating products according to the AASTO and NTPEP certifications with great planning and scheduling following OSHA safeties.
