ABOUT KUSHAL GANDHI

I am a Project Management Professional working as a Project Manager with Mill Creek Residential and have a Masters in Science in Construction Management from Northeastern University. Working with Mill Creek Residential has given me a great insight into multi-million dollar construction projects through effective management of project team, sub-contractors, coordination between stake-holders & control over project schedule. My key strengths include paying Attention to Detail, Mentoring, Effective Communication and Pro-Active coordination of design involving multiple stake-holders on the job.Working with trades such as Sitework & Earthwork, Concrete, Rough Carpentry, MEP, Masonry, Exterior Finish Carpentry, Flooring, Drywall, Insulation, Finish Carpentry, Access Control, Pool, Landscaping etc. on projects worth $71 million Modera Woodbridge,$96 million Modera New Rochelle,$44 million Modera Berkeley Heights,$62 million Modera Marshfield,$50 million Modera Needham, and $45 million Modera Natick has given me valuable experience & knowledge about the Level of Coordination, Attention to Detail, and mentoring that goes in to successfully deliver a quality product on time and within budget. From a technology stand-point, I am well-versed and adaptive towards latest software applications used within the Construction Industry. My proficiencies lies in using Procore, Openspace, Plangrid, Prolog, Revit 2018, Bluebeam Revu, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications etc. to integrate contract documents for day-to-day construction activities on a digital platform for effective coordination amongst sub-contractors & minimize change-orders on the job.My intent has always been to be a Team Player and become a mentor for budding project engineers and assistant project managers by implementing Project Control means & methods, developing lean processes for daily job responsibilities, pro-active management, and supervision to achieve Project Milestone Dates. And, my Goal is to keep striving and working on continuous improvement to deliver and supplement needs of the Future.
