I am a passionate Food Science, Nutrition, and Dietetics student dedicated to exploring the science behind food, its impact on health, and its role in disease prevention. With a keen interest in clinical research, metabolic disorders, and functional foods, I aim to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and real-world nutritional applications.My research interests include the glycemic index and load of traditional diets, bioactive compounds in functional foods, and their implications for metabolic health. I have gained clinical exposure through hands-on hospital internships, where I focused on the role of diet in health and chronic disease management. Additionally, I am actively involved in academic initiatives, event coordination, and professional networking, holding Presidential role in Council of Higher education and placement Cell.Currently in the final year of my Master’s degree, I am eager to explore opportunities in nutrition research, functional foods, and clinical dietetics.
