Domain Business: Unemployment Insurance program where Claims are filed by Unemployed citizens to get the benefits for livelihood. Team has developed the Website which is used by Unemployed citizens to file the unemployment claims and get paid the minimum living allowance on weekly basis until they are employed. Unemployment can be because of various reasons like Attrition, Firing, Replacement, Natural Disaster etc. Claimant can file the claims and get the Weekly benefit allowances to feed the family.Some key responsibilities:• Create Master Test Plan (MTP) for the project.• Create Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the project and ensure that the defined quality processes are followed.• Acceptance test plan.• Creating iteration test plans (each iteration of each version test plan i.e 3 test plans for 3 iterations and 2 versions).• Review test scenarios and test cases identified for all initiative requirements Deficiency documents.• Review test coverage and traceability matrix to verify test case coverage in requirements management tool.• Performing manual as well as automated testing for the web based application.• Performing Interface testing (Banks, External agencies).• Database based testing.• Run IQA (Internal Quality Assurance), EQA (External Quality Assurance) and FI (Final Inspection) for all results.• Review root cause analysis and discuss defect prevention plan with developers and other stakeholders.• Review performance test scope and provide input to the performance tester.• Review scope of security tests and communicate information to security analyst.• Identify risks related to testing and discuss risks and mitigation measures in project risk meetings.Also participates in the following activities:• Preparation of data transfer plan, information security contract plans.• Test resources, schedule. and budget.• Reviewing and approving exit plans for team members.• Coaching junior team members through leadership.
