About Kushagr Awasthi
Hi I’m Kush, currently a Senior in the BFA Communication Design Program at Parsons School of Design in New York. My design practice reflects my varied experiences as a designer from the third world transplanted in the first. My projects are designed to tell stories: with a modus operandi rooted in a critical engagement with subject and context: contemporary and historical, individual and systemic, to create a world that is truly more inclusive, more diverse, and more accepting. My need for inconstancy and reinvention pair with a granularity in technique that create a compelling portfolio that showcases a versatility and flexibility that manifests through hard work and a deep passion for my craft.
