Currently heading the bonds desk at Stable Money, a leading wealth tech platform offering fixed income solutions. Headed the capital markets desk at Navi during FY24-25 raising over INR 3500 Crs for the Navi group through private and public debt issuances. Handled end to end closure of the two uber successful public debt issues of Navi Finserv in FY24 from prospectus stage to marketing, roadshows, book building and issue closure. As part of Quadrillion Finance Pvt Ltd (Nov21-Mar23), the financing arm of Slice - India\'s leading unicorn Fintech and credit card challenger, raised debt for scaling the business. Built the capital supply for Udaan Capital (Feb20-Nov21), the credit arm of Udaan and India\'s leading b2b e-commerce platform. Planned and executed end to end debt transactions, managed lender relations and internal liaising across functions for facilitating debt raising. Investment Banker with Darashaw & Co.(Jun\'18-Jan\'20), a leading India-based Investment Banking & Brokerage firm.Experienced in handling institutional clients including Banks, NBFCs, Debt Funds, Mutual Funds, Insurance Funds, Pension Funds, Credit Rating Agencies etc. and in debt origination and syndication activities with respect to structured credit, plain vanilla debt and NCDs. Skilled in assessing macro-economic fundamentals, financial statement analysis and modelling, sector analysis, primary and secondary markets for bonds, securitized and structured debt. Pursued MBA specialized in Finance & Marketing from IMI, New Delhi (2016-18). Had the privilege of being selected among the top 30 student leaders in the Unilever Future Leaders Programme across the top management institutes in the country. Formerly an MBA intern with Reliance Industries (2017), also worked as a Software Engineer with 32 months of work experience at Bosch (2013-16).
