Responsibilities:Work closely with the product lead and business teams to define the product roadmapBe the voice of the customer: deeply understand customer needs and pain points through research, one-on-one interactions directly with users or other business stakeholders and insights from dataPrioritise: identify the most impactful problems to solve and be able to measure the business impact of solving themIdeate: identify the best ways to solve a problem using technology and design and articulate it clearly and in detail through user stories and product requirement documentsCollaborate: Foster collaboration with business stakeholders, design, content, marketing and engineering teamsDrive using data: define metrics and measurement strategies for the product and own targets for relevant metrics. Define the KPIs that you will own, and set targets to improve these metrics. Monitor product usage metrics and feedback, incorporate inputs in the product roadmapProject manage the charter and maintain a strong grip on the statuses of various initiatives. Own execution of the roadmap and ensure timely and successful product releasesStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential threats
