I\'m supporting the Payments Marketing teams in implementing and rolling out Workfront and other marketing systems, with approximately 400 users.\\\\n\\\\nResponsible for architecting Workfront and Workfront Fusion solutions to connect multiple marketing teams and their processes into an integrated flow within the tool.\\\\n\\\\nI built Workfront Fusion automation scenarios that intake requests and convert them into Programs, and Projects, with Templates based on the type of request and custom fields selected. The process used to take 13 different steps to manually complete and has been reduced to one, which is submitting the request.\\\\n\\\\nI built a Fusion scenario that allows users to select the project type they would like to add or delete to their \"master\" project to assure it\'s properly created and linked back to the task and master project they started.\\\\n\\\\nI built a Fusion scenario that takes data from our Workfront vendor request form and builds it into our SOW Word template, formats it, and creates the SOW using the template ready to send to our Legal teams.\\\\n\\\\nI built various user experiences for our marketing personas, including layout templates, dashboards, reporting, and customized views.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
