1. Principal Messaging Engineer (Microsoft 365)

   Lead the migration from O365 Dedicated to Office 365 Multitenant Enhanced of 85K mailboxes and 45K Lync for Business accounts. This included deploying Multiple Hybrid connections to OnPrem Exchange organizations, ADFS and AzureAd Connect configurations. •Managed multiple forest Exchange On-Premises deployment based in the US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM (15K) to O365 Lead the phase one spin off of the US Retail Insurance and Annuity business to a new company (Brighthouse Financial), this included deploying the full Office 365 suite and the needed Active Directory, ADFS infrastructure hosted in Azure. to provide a day one experience for the new organization with migrated email and Skype For Business Online, OneDrive and SharePoint Online. •Managed multiple version upgrades in both Office 365Dedicated and On-Premises Exchange organizations with a combined user base of over 100K As the Principal Messaging Engineer I act as the technical SME for all MetLife’s messaging systems. I mentor and assist the messaging staff with cloud and on premise engineering tasks and related issues. As the Principal Enterprise Messaging Engineer I support the Office365 Multitenant Enhanced, an on premise Exchange organization, multi-site, multi-domain messaging server environments; gained full understanding of identity management system and process to ensure implementations align to corporate and messaging policies. As the Principal Enterprise Messaging Engineer I also serve as the service owner for high priority incidents in the messaging space and am responsible for corrective and preventative actions that result from high priority incidents.
