About Kurt Kersey

I’m in the people business. I always have been. I always will be. Some of my earliest leadership experiences came from the mission field, where I learned that everyone has a story, and that every story matters. I started my professional career as a financial advisor, where I learned that to go from transaction to transformation, you needed two things: trust and relationship. I built a marketing agency from coffee-shop-with-a-laptop to multiple seven-figures in revenue, where I learned that the right people create the right culture, and when you can communicate clearly, creatively, and from conviction, you can have a massive impact. Today, I’m a coach, speaker and advisor, which just means I’m blessed to have people trust me to ask the right questions, listen intently, think strategically, and say what needs said.
