I’m a Legal & Compliance professional with 10+ years’ experience across legal operations, property/dispute work, and high-volume stakeholder support. My work sits at the intersection of legal rigour and operational delivery — supporting litigation and dispute matters (including court preparation, bundles, evidence and deadlines), strengthening compliance processes, and making legal workflows easier for the business to use.In my current role, I manage complex caseloads, respond to Subject Access Requests (SARs) ahead of statutory deadlines, handle complaints through to resolution, and support insurance and liability matters, including mediation and cost-saving settlements.
