ABOUT KURTIS LUCHT

As a Project Manager at Cupertino Electric, I help lead the execution of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects, including mission-critical data center construction. My work focuses on managing project scope, schedule, procurement, and cost controls while coordinating closely with field teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.With over ten years of experience in commercial and industrial construction, I bring a strong technical background and practical understanding of jobsite operations to project management. My career began in the field as a licensed Journeyman Electrician, where I spent years working on complex electrical installations and leading crews as a Foreman with IBEW Local 8. That experience allows me to bridge the gap between field execution and project leadership, helping teams improve coordination, constructability, and overall project performance.I hold Journeyman Electrician licenses in both Michigan and Ohio, along with a Michigan Electrical Inspector certification. I completed my electrical apprenticeship through the Toledo Electrical JATC.I’m currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in management and technology at Bowling Green State University as part of my continued professional development in leadership, business strategy, and project management.
