I always work to provide the customer what they need, which may be different from what they say they want. By understanding what the customer is trying to accomplish and fully understanding their issue, a better more longer lasting solution can be reached.Empathy is now one of those over used, buzzwords. But there is a lot to be said for putting yourself in other people\'s shoes so a full understanding of their business and business needs can be identified. As an outsider looking in, a fresh perspective can be identified. I love this form of problem solving. By building relationships with people and then working collaboratively better solutions always seem to find themselves.Any chance I can get to learn from others, as well as pass along the knowledge I have picked up over the years has always been a thrill for me. This is one of my biggest motivators. I have noticed over time, that the spark of enthusiasm I exhibit can be infectious, as well as effective, in keeping the customer happy and ending every project with success.A positive can-do attitude goes a long way to a successful outcome.
