As Managing Partner and Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Kurt sets the direction of and is responsible for the overall management of Wipfli. All facets of Wipfli — ranging from growth and sustainability of the firm to partners, associates and internal functions — fall under his strategic leadership. It is his responsibility to maintain and enhance the firm’s culture, vision, mission and values. He ultimately serves Wipfli’s clients by ensuring quality, service delivery and continually adding value by offering solutions to their challenges and needs. With over 30 years of experience, Kurt and his valued counsel have served a range of companies. His diverse business experiences have allowed him to serve not only traditional audit and tax client needs but also a wide range of advisory matters — such as governance, financial and operational planning — within a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail and hospitality. He has built a strong record of understanding critical issues, accurately evaluating problems and developing unique, sound business solutions. Kurt previously served on Wipfli\'s Board of Directors, a principle governance and oversight body of the firm. He also served on Wipfli’s Leadership Team as Practice Partner, accountable for the assurance, tax and consulting service lines.
