Kurt Brungardt is a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Swifte Capital LLC. Swifte Capital supports real estate developers looking for “no re-trade” lending at competitive pricing and terms. After many years of being a customer of debt financing, Kurt and his Partners decided it was time to create a new lending organization that he would be happy to be a customer of. Swifte Capital is currently providing DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio), Bridge and Ground-up construction financing.Mr. Brungardt is also the Managing Partner at Swifte, a private equity firm that he founded in 2015. Swifte invests equity capital in small and medium sized businesses with revenues of $10mm -$100mm. Swifte’s fundamental mandate is to help portfolio company owners, board, and management teams accelerate growth, increase profitability and create new value for both owners and employees.Mr. Brungardt is a founder and the Chief Operating Officer for Central Shore Holdings, where he is responsible for business operations, organizational design and building processes, teams and technology to support its continued growth.Prior to Central Shore Holdings, Kurt served as the Chief Information Officer and a Managing Director for 15 years at MSD Capital, L.P, the New York-based private investment firm managing Michael Dell and his family’s fortune. During this time, Kurt worked with both investment and operations teams to enable MSD Capital’s growth to $15 billion in assets under management.Dell Technologies acquired three companies as a result of Kurt’s recommendations to Michael Dell.Mr. Brungardt holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, College of Science and Engineering and continues to study the fundamentals of business, entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership with the Aji Network. Mr. Brungardt is a mentor for Columbia University\'s Executive Master of Science in Technology Management Program and a member of the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering “Driven.” campaign committee.Mr. Brungardt holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, College of Science and Engineering and continues to study the fundamentals of business, entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership with the Aji Network.
