I stepped away from the firm in 2013 to join Beckton Dickinson (BD) and returned once my work with BD was completed.I engage clients as a subject matter expert across project management, upstream and downstream marketing strategies, and clinical operations for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, surgical instrumentation, and biotechnology. I provide strategic direction to investment banks, VC firms, PE firms, and financial analysts.DELIVERED RESULTS: I have worked with start-up to Fortune 100 organizations, consulting on current and future market trends and opportunities, providing competitive analyses and overview, leading company product development initiatives, clinical operations and training, and navigating regulatory hurdles while delivering industry insights. Helped private equity firm navigate multimillion-dollar investment in the infusion pump technology market. Researched market, industry, global market share, product pipeline, and capabilities to provide subject matter expertise in assessing investment opportunities. I built this start-up consulting firm from scratch by leveraging my existing healthcare industry relationships to drive a continuous flow of new business.
