ABOUT KURT W. STRANDSON
Kurt founded Pinnacle Mortgage Corporation in 2015 hoping to bring a better experience to the borrowing process. He works closely with his clients and understands that each individual has unique needs and financial circumstances to take into account. He leverages his longstanding relationships with lenders and investors to make sure his clients get into the right product. Buying or refinancing a home can be overwhelming, so taking the time to meet clients and earn their trust through forming genuine relationships is important to him.“Educating borrowers on the mortgage process and all the available options is the most important thing I can do.”Kurt served as the President of the Mortgage Bankers & Brokers Association of New Hampshire 20••••12. Kurt also has been their Legislative Chairman serving from 20••••22. In those capacities Kurt has testified and/or advocated numerous times in the State of NH Legislature, United States Congress in Washington D.C, the US Federal Reserve in Washington, D.C, the United States Chamber of Commerce, along with consulting to the Boston Federal Reserve Bank after the 2008 Financial Market collapse. Kurt also worked with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers lobbying and advocating for passage of the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.Kurt lives with his wife, Hollie, and their family. He is active in the community through many philanthropic endeavors; most recently he’s been focused on The Pinnacle Foundation, a 501c3 he started in 2021 that helps the Homeless, helps Veterans get services they need, advocates for Financial Literacy and Education, along with other general community philanthropy. Recreationally, he enjoys skiing in the winter, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends poolside at his home when the weather is warm.
