We will LEED your team with open communication and pull from our past experience (lessons learned) from our mega hospitals (IU Health, HOUSTON Methodist, SAMMC, CHI/St. Luke\'s/Baylor, UTSW, VA Vegas and LAC+USC) and from our local community hospitals and clinics (IU Health, Riley Children\'s, St. Vincent\'s, Banner Health, Mayo Clinic, Ochsner Health, Mount Carmel and Pittsburg Medical School) to provide accurate pricing from our cost history and prototype hospital to enhance decisions during the planning and programming stages of our integrated building process. As well as our work at Purdue University, University of Illinois and the University of Texas for Higher Education. Also we have worked in the k-12 market in Hamilton County at Noblesville, Carmel and Fishers. Our TEAM process directly relates to the successful completion of healthcare and research projects while returning savings equal to, or greater than, the assumed risks. Our understanding of business operations on a global and domestic level allow us to listen to our clients with a keen sense to eliminate the unexpected and plan for the expected as we start our UNIFIED TEAM approach with the finished product in mind.
