I stepped into the CEO role to build on what Dr. Greg Wiens started: helping Christian leaders get clear on their strengths so they can do what they do best, then help their teams do the same. It\'s about using assessments to cut through the noise and figure out where God has uniquely wired each person, then putting that to work for Kingdom impact.My job is straightforward: take \"aha moments\" people have about themselves and their teams, and turn them into real, lasting change to help churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations grow healthy.

ABOUT KURT RAHN
I\'ve spent almost 20 years working in leading ministries working in marketing, creative, and the last 5 years pastoring my local church. Now I lead Healthy Growing Leaders because I\'ve seen what happens when teams actually understand how God made them and lean into that instead of fighting it.We use solid assessments and real conversations to help leaders figure out their strengths and blind spots, then actually do something with that information. It\'s not about collecting data, it\'s about leaders stepping into what they\'re naturally good at and teams finally clicking.I handle the big picture stuff and connecting with people, while Dr. Greg Wiens (who really knows his stuff when it comes to assessments) focuses on the technical side. Our small team helps church, ministry, and nonprofit leaders through TrueWiring sessions that usually lead to some pretty significant \"oh, that\'s why\" moments. We also work with churches on hiring people who\'ll actually thrive in their environment, and we train others to do this work in their own contexts.The whole thing exists because I believe the Kingdom needs leaders who are healthy and sustainable, not just grinding it out until they burn out.
