Work cascades across the development, direction, and execution of environmental programs with a primary focus on Technology (TMT), Manufacturing, Mining/Metals, and Oil and Gas, and Chemicals with a strong focus in air quality, environmental management, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Prepares construction and operating air permit applications across multiple sectors for clients across the Mountain West. Work directly with clients in regulatory agency negotiations, development of compliance monitoring plans, pollution control equipment selection and troubleshooting and emissions measurements.I have a diversified background that includes project management, support and execution of programs involving air permitting, compliance, regulatory analyses, and pollution prevention. Focused efforts meeting permit obligations, through evaluation of monitoring requirements, data needs, record keeping, and reporting. Continue to develop and manage a multi-facility programs entailing characterization of abatement systems that involved routine real time performance assessment of operations and controls (Point of Use (POU and End of Pipe (EOP)) for organic and inorganic species, as well as greenhouse gasses for both engineering assessments and permit compliance. Programs involve plan, schedule, and budget development and management, client and regulatory interaction, team management using strong talented field teams, and extensive data reporting to meet regulatory requirements
