ABOUT KURT PALIGA

I have been placed on this earth to serve others. My career has never been a straight line. I started in white-collar offices, transitioned into blue-collar job sites, and found my way back again. Each season shaped me professionally, but more importantly, personally.Working on-site taught me humility. Being in boardrooms taught me accountability. Together, they taught me that leadership isn’t about position or title, it’s about people. I’ve had lunch with executives and shared breaks with janitors, and I treat both with the same respect. Titles fade, but how you treat people stays.I believe in working hard, speaking truth, and living by the principle that how you do everything is how you do anything. I’m constantly working on my faith and trying to get closer to God. He’s the compass behind every decision I make at home, at work, and everywhere in between.I’m a father of two, grateful for a family that reminds me what really matters. My goal in business and life is the same: serve people well, build with integrity, and leave every space better than I found it.My 10 Second Commercial For Banking Executives:Anyone can build a beautiful building. Anyone can design a beautiful logo. Only a few can design these that actually produces ROI and makes actual impact in the communities you serve. If you’re leading a financial institution and asking “How do we transform in a way that truly matters?” — I’d love to connect.Ephesians 3:14-21
