I have been placed on this earth to serve others. My career has never been a straight line. I started in white-collar offices, transitioned into blue-collar job sites, and found my way back again. Each season shaped me professionally, but more importantly, personally.Working on-site taught me humility. Being in boardrooms taught me accountability. Together, they taught me that leadership isn’t about position or title, it’s about people. I’ve had lunch with executives and shared breaks with janitors, and I treat both with the same respect.
