My strength is pioneering startup programs and the turnaround of an organization that suffers from waste and direction. I provide game-changing results of sustainable growth and stabilizing decline through solid leadership across all levels and enable the right people to have secure futures. There might be a better Athletic Director in healthy schools. Still, very few can outperform me when it comes to sustaining a school at a severe disadvantage regarding finances, enrollment, or resources. That comes from being an active leader. I have turned around an organization that suffered from a reduction in funding and cost-cutting measures and maintained a competitive product in one of the nation\'s strongest community college conferences. ADMINISTRATION/EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP * Raised to renovate Denis Lesh Sports Arena, added a soccer pitch to the Stanion Sports Complex, and raised funds for a new softball indoor hitting facility.* Reduced the cost of athletic injuries by * Increased fundraising by 10% by reducing cost and maximizing resources * Launched Academic enhancements and initiatives by creating the PASS: Program for Academic Student-Athletes\' success increased retention by 3% and raised the overall athletic department\'s cumulate GPA.
