About Kurt Krasavage

I\'ve always had a passion for building things (credit LEGOs or maybe K\'nex). When I was a kid, I would constantly draw plans and re-design my house. I come from a family of blue collar workers. My father owns a small contracting business and I worked for him in the summers from the time I was 12 to 18. He wanted me to have an appreciation for the construction industry and encouraged me to work with my brain and not my back. Throw in a few restaurant jobs and fast forward a decade or so and I became a graduate from Penn State\'s Architectural Engineering program (WE ARE!) and the first person in my family to ever attend college. After getting my feet wet on the design side in Miami, I knew that I wanted to use my education in a different way than most engineers. I have a love for traveling, technology, meeting new people, entrepreneurship, and engineering. I am a self-motivated business man at heart. I\'m driven by opportunity and the unknown. I love helping businesses gain efficiency and competitive edges. Most people focus on \"What If things goes wrong?\", I focus on \"What if it all goes right?\". Instead of saying \"I can\'t\", change it to \"How Can I\"?

   Restorative Roots Transitional Living Centers are redefining re-entry and recovery housing.We operate a ReaS™ (Real Estate as a Service) platform designed to provide structured, supportive housing for individuals transitioning from treatment programs, correctional facilities, and homelessness.Our model combines safe, dignified living environments with built-in accountability systems, peer support, life-skills development, and community integration. We don’t simply provide beds—we build ecosystems that promote stability, employment, purpose, and long-term independence.By collaborating with state and local governments, treatment providers, and community partners, we help society’s most vulnerable populations successfully re-enter the community with structure, support, and opportunity.
