About Kurt Koebbe
I am an Estimator/Project Manager for Structural/Commercial/Tilt-up Concrete construction. I also have experience as a Project Manager/Concrete Superintendent/Owner for several different Concrete/Civil/Heavy Highway/Precast contractors on all types of private, commercial, government and public works projects. I have experience using Microsoft Suite as well as several types of estimating software including Planswift, Winest, Quest, HCSS Heavy Bid, OST and QuickEye (similar to On-Screen). I have been responsible for supervision, estimating coordination, administration and completion of projects in accordance with the contract plans and specifications as well as for hiring and supervising of personnel. I am familiar with specifications for concrete, soils, aggregates and reinforcing and have been responsible for scheduling and delivery of equipment, materials and products as well as submission of required product data.
