ABOUT KURT-JOHANNES MICHELS
Ex-IB student, ex-student president, ex-volunteer with the THW, ex-assistant hotel manager. Currently: Studying Strategic Management (BBA), Economics and HR (BA) at the University of Toronto.The solution is important, not the problem. A phrase that has guided me through my life and helped me enrich and learn from my experiences. It further defines my attitude and goal-seeking strategy, when it comes to working in a or leading a driven team. During my past experiences I have walked down many roads, heading towards a solution. During these different journeys, I developed my skills and learned how important it is to have a strategy, to have my goals in mind, to communicate/reflect with my team, and to make timely decisions at junctions. In the future I will want to use those skills to work in an active, developing and creative company, that develops projects or that is a project itself where I could use my strategic skills to prepare it for a successful future.
