About Kurt Flionis
CFA charterholder with 18+ years of credit and financial experience. Currently manage the credit risk function of a large publicly traded REIT, STAG Industrial, with 600+ tenants operating in over 110 million square feet across 41 states. Tenants operate in a wide variety of industries from automotive to logistics to food and pharmaceuticals. Over the years, we have built a database with thousands of public and private tenant profiles. The team is focused on fundamental credit risk analysis to project probability of loss over a lease term and beyond for new acquisitions and leasing activity. Also, the team regularly communicates with C-suite level at our clients (\"tenants\"), supports lease structuring and is responsible for portfolio credit loss projections that impact key corporate earnings metrics.
