D-Pace provides products and services to the global commercial accelerator industry, specializing in beamline systems, beam diagnostic devices, and ion sources for research, industrial, and commercial applications. With over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Kurt has owned several engineering and technology-based companies. Currently, as the Director of People and Culture at D-Pace, he is responsible for the following areas: People & Culture - Innovation and Belonging: Fostering a culture of innovation through promoting a sense of belonging, sharing accurate information, and creating shared meaning- Strategic Leadership: Leading the strategy and execution of all People & Culture (P&C) initiatives to support organizational growth. This includes hiring, employee operations, employee experience, compensation, coaching and talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, internal communications, and organizational development- Cultural Stewardship: Serving as a leader of culture and engagement, ensuring the mission, vision, and values are well-understood and embodied throughout the organization to drive strong levels of employee engagement- Relationship Building: Modeling, coaching, and fostering meaningful dynamic relationships aligned with corporate goals. Safety - Workplace Safety: Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace environment for all stakeholders. Information Technology - IT Infrastructure & Security: Overseeing the company\'s IT infrastructure and security measures.
