THANK YOU to all of our loyal team members!Successfully selling the company to Private Equity twice during my last 5 years as CEO has given me unique insights into M&A, while also affording me the opportunity to focus less on daily operational issues. Having relinquished the role of CEO in November of 2021, I now look forward to \"working\" less while continuing to provide guidance where needed, assistance with mergers and acquisitions, and coaching for the next generation of leaders. From a more personal perspective, I am very blessed to have an incredible family, including my wife, Dianne, and two amazing daughters, Kaitlyn and Jacquelyn. With both of them now successfully having earned a Master\'s degrees in their respective fields, I look forward to being a part of their continued growth and development as confident young ladies. I am so proud of both of them!
