Created and led a technology IP Steering Committee that represented 5 Dow businesses, 4 geographies, 8 IC management teams, 6 functions, numerous attorneys, an external law firm, business development leaders, & 60+ global contributors. This global team managed organizational activities, technical & business documentation, database information, foreign filing plans, prior art, product substantiation, & licensing activities. The collaborative management of this integrated & evolving IP landscape optimized corporate value across several businesses at Dow. Led the establishment of dedicated global teams to investigate competitive IP landscapes featuring resins, coatings, adhesives, & process technologies including business & technology risk analyses. Actively engaged in mentorship of global colleagues & inventors with a focus on IC and related skill sets.
